i used to bro but its too much of a rush so i switched. Try to get in a mix of low to moderate gi carbs and some protein. I assume you dont have a lot of time in the morn as well so maybe 50g raw oats with boiling water and some honey and a whey shake. A bigger meal would just take too long to digest

Hi there mate

Yeah well at the moment I wake up @ 04H45 and get dressed, take my pre workout shake and two green apples, I heard that I can also take my whey protein and mix it with oats before gym in a blender, but do I then still take my pre workout supps? I get to gym @ 05H10 do a 5min walk and then start training, I get home about 06H15, then I have a protein shake and start the day with X3 whole eggs and 65gr of oats. Hope someone can help me out here please. Find much more convenient to train in the morning, gym not so bloody busy and then I have some extra time for studying in the evenings or whatever.

sure you can still take your pre workout shake. If morning gyming suits your life style then go for it. It def does have its advantages like empty gym and free evening

Hi Jack

No probs buddy, I would like to know if its ok to take my whey (50gr) and oats (30gr) and mix in blender and take before workout, on my way to gym pre workout sup and after gym whey (60gr) and then 30min. later 3 whole eggs and 65gr of oats.

combining fats and high fiber carbs post work out is a stupid idea in my books,u are trying replenish glycogen stores so fats and fiber are going to slow down that process all together! rather have something that contains less fiber and have about 8egg whites instead.
