hi all. I was just wondering if most of us are high ish fat diets, then how that would impact our cholesterol. I just did my vitality screening today and mine was 5.4 which is slightly higher than the normal 5 range one should be in. I am currently eating around 100 g fat a day and most are from healthy sources. The only saturated i get is from my 2 egg yolks with my 10 egg whites and from my 1 red meat meal a day which is like extra lean mince of 300 g. So can even the good fats raise overall cholesterol

Yes those machines do not distinguish between healthy fats and bad fats, are you on cycle at the moment?, Pump gave some good info on cholestrol to me a few weeks ago. I did the same test 6.3 I think. Im using Chromium 400mcg/day, 3 Pro Oxidin, Flax Seed 15g/day.

not cycling at the moment Koe. Just doing all the checks before hand. Was going to start tomorrow but got hit with flu so im on anti biotics and costisone for my sore throat. I wonder if the costisone is not messing up the reading coz the nurse said it was messing with my bp reading at 140 over 80. So what are you doing about the cholesterol koe

Just the Chromium 400mcg/day, 3* Pro-oxidin, 15g Flax seed oil.
The nurse recommended Richol, quite expensive though. She said it is because of Sust and NPP that cause those levels. But im eating close on 450g Steak/day and +-450g Chicken/day.
