Detox

Hi All

Do you think it is beneficial to do a 7 day detaox before starting a steroid cycle??

Just to get rid of any dead cells etc etc, and then hit the cycle and diet hard....

I dont see any particular benefit in doing it before. After your cycle sure, it will help your body recover.

Before no, after yes.

But how long after???
As a detox would basically be like 5 days of fruit and veggies.... not much protein in there... so, straight after cycle would equate to some of the new muscle being lost????

I refer to detox where I take detoxifying agents to help rid my body of harmful toxins... This can be done in various ways..

For one you can buy a detox kit that already contains all the elements to flush your kidneys and liver, its called Heal Detox Kit... However it doesn't detoxify your colon cleanse, and that I would recommend a Colon Cleanse, Dischem sells it, it contains Husk and other stuff in it, can't remember the name, but its in a can, they will assist you..

Colon cleanse first (or else you just putting the toxins back in your body after your flush your liver and kidneys)

Can you detox by taking epson salts?

No epson salt will not flush out all toxins in your body.. Another thing to do before a massive detox is to take something to get rid of heavy metals (Chelation therapy)...

I'm sure Dischem has loads of stuff for detox

Im going to get the Heel Detox kit and Psyllium Husks from Dischem tomorrow....

Rather get the colon cleanse which contains husk but other stuff too.
