hey guys

below are some receipes i have been trying

Ginger n Crushed Chillies
4 tablespoons marmalde
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons ginger
2 tablespoons crushed chillies

Mixed Spice n Black Pepper
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
1 chopped garlic clove
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed spice

Chicken Spice n Rosemary
1 tablespoon chicken spice
3 tablespoons rosemary
juice from one lemon

Peri Peri and Cumin (very hot) :evil: :evil: My fav
1-2 teaspoons peri peri
1 tablespoon cumin aka jeera
3 tablespoons olive oil

Parsley n Garlic Salt
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons garlic salt
drizzle juice of a half lemon and 3 tablespoons olive oil over chicken

Cayenne Pepper and Rosemary
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons apricot jam
2 teaspoons rosemary

btw, this is for anything between 4-8 pieces of chicken

and yes.....its from the Robertsons site :lol: :lol: :lol:

I use my gf's enemy...George Foreman Grill. But i have a Russel Hobbs one now, so much better!
And easier to clean LOL!!!

Pump, thats a nice one. I love the Cumin n Peri :evil: :evil:

Do you rub it in the chicken?? Or sprinkle it over??

While we on this... does anyone know how long COOKED chicken keeps for in the fridge, before it becomes "dangerous" to eat??

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...
