I've recently redone my diet but i have some confusion in my pre workout meal.
I train at 6pm in the afternoon. At about 3pm/3.30pm i have a meal containing +/- 50g protein/40g carbs.
I usually dont eat again before i train at 6pm. Would it be too much if i added another meal of say things like whey, raisins, honey, yohgurt at about 5pm, an hour before i train ?
I'm assuming that will be fine if those added carbs/calories (5pm meal) dont go over my daily intake then it will be fine. If adding that meal in does ubrupt my daily intake (cutting/ buliking) should i adjust my other meals during the day to compensate for that extra meal ive added.
Also if i get home from training at about 8pm, should i still consume post workout carbs (dextrose/virtago) even if its so late in the day?
