Hey everyone, just signed up here, although i have been browsing this forum for a while.
I would like some of you experienced guys to help me with my bulking diet if possible:)
first some of my stats.
Im currently on 750mg pgw test c a week and 0.5mg letro daily. i have just finished week 5.
weight - start of cycle 92kg, currently 97kg
bf% - start of cycle 13%, currently 12%
height - 183cm
age - turning 23
cycle history - first cycle which was about 9 months ago i went from 88kg to 95kg, cycle was 500mg test c a week.
Okay so i have already gained some nice weight on this cycle but the last week i gained nothing, so im thinking maybe i need to step up the diet a bit to carry on gaining.
current diet:
8am - 100 grams jungle bfast porriage
50g protein (evox lean pro)
10:30am - 1 cup oats blended up with 50g protein (evox lean pro) which i drink
1pm - 250 - 300 grams rump steak with 1 cup basmati rice
3pm - 1 cup oats blended up with 50g protein (evox lean pro) which i drink
4-30pm train
at 5 - 30 straight after i train i have 50 grams waxy maize starch
6pm - 1 cup oats blended up with 60g whey protein
8pm - 250 - 300g steak
10pm before bed 50 grams evox lean pro
So far this diet has worked quite well. now i know there are some obvious things that must be done like for example add vegetables to lunch and supper which i plan on doing from tomorrow (monday) and i should probably take 1 of the blended oats meals out and change that with a solid meal like steak/chicken and rice
I would just like some advice on what i should add to and take away from in this diet.
