Crit my diet please? was created by m0lt3n
Hey guys, I am 15 weeks from my wedding and would like to pitch with a decent 6 pack. I have been doing a natural bulk since Feb and think maybe I have gained a few kg of muscle. Know I have gained a little on my legs.
age 25, bf 13, weight 93kgs, height 182cm

07:00 (15min prior 4 aminostack and 3 bcaa caps)
fresh mixed fruit 150g
8 egg whites and 2 yolks
30g oats

10:30 50g whey shake (50g protein)
50g nuts

13:00 250g chicken
5g peanutbutter
heap of veggies, dont know weight

15:45 200g chicken
40g brown rice (or crap carb like bread, maybe even little chocolate or cookies)

17:45(prewo) 10g wms and other supps

19:00(postwo) 55g whey shake
30g dextrose

20:15 400g steak
loads of veggies
10g olive oil

All figures are very rough estimates, I am currently staying in a guesthouse and its pretty tough to manage a diet. no acces to a scale. would just like to get a few pointers, will fine tune in two or three weeks. Most of the time I just try to eat as clean as I can, as much as I can. And weekends there is more cheating going on, while trying not to be to stupid and hopefully managing a poor form of carb cycling. Most days my carbs are very low but I never feel rundown.

I only manage about two per week. HIIT at the moment. Will change that when I get a flat again. low intensity after a leg session, then mostly HIIT thereafter

I do not feel run down.

If its to little I must have calculated and guessed stuff wrong. Most of the time I almost force feed. I have picked up a bit so was thinking my calories are slightly over. I am hoping to cut out crap meantime will put me in a deficit.
Crap is the occasional cookie (wo can say no to a Tim Tam!!) and some chips weekends.

I wasnt expecting too little overall as a crit

Well I would drop the fruit in the morning have more low gi carbs, split the 400g steak into 2 meals rather, 10g wms is very little and 5g peanut butter is low too...that's why I said over all too low calories, sorry for some reason on my phone I read run down as I skimmed over the post...

Thanks DJ. I have been meaning to drop the fruit, actually just forgot this morning. I dont know where I will get those carbs at breakfast from, am pretty stuffed. Will up it.
Do split the steak sometimes, will change that.
wms is little cause I normally eat the little chocolate I get on my bed, have dropped that but will up the wms. Will add some more olive oil to my veggies or peanuts for fats.

Thanks, happy to know its not to off
