Natural anti-estrogens

what are some foods that act as natural anti-estrogens, i know that apparently broccoli is good anything else?

Ummm what is it you are trying to achieve? If u are trying to harden up naturally from being full of water its not an estrogen problem more an excess carb problem... Brocolli is known to "lower estrogen levels" but if u give me more of the reason to anti estrogenic food maybe we can see what u would want that for...

not that it does much) at the moment, so i was just wondering what would keep estrogen levels lower, maybe it would promote some more growth and well yea harden me up a bit more(maybe im just been naive in thinking this), im trying to be in the best possible condition before i do my first cycle.

I dont believe im taking in excess carbs...

Well if u wanna ve in condition,diet,cardio and don't waste your time on test boosters...all it does for me is give me bad skin,no extra strength or anything like that at all...also taking in an anti estrogen isn't gonna help u with gains,it will deminish your gains a bit actually....
