Does anybody know if Heat will show up on a drug test at work?

Yes it will, stop it 2 days before flush your system with water

Buy a drug test kit at your pharmacy and check...

drugtests are expensive tho, if your going for a red ticket then you should know the date of your checkup, and will give you enough time to act, but i dont think it will even pick it up, they testing for narcotics not really steroids, and if it does pick up you could maybe try pull off that your on HRT?

I think ephedrine is the concern here, because it might cause a false positive for Methamphetamine. That's if HEAT use ephedrine and not one of the other similar alkaloids.
