Hi all, i am new to the whole gyming thing, i have been gyming for a week now and love it. I need to loose weight and got the following diet can someone plz let me know if this is a good weightloss diet?
8 o clock: oats and a fruit
10 : 30 : 1 boiled egg and 2 provitas
12:30 to 1 o clock: tuna/chicken salad
15:00 : fat free yogurt with berries
17:00 : chicken or fish or steak with brown rice and veggies
19:30 protien shake and a fruit
i also do the folowing at gym
in the morning from 6 to 7 i cycle 10kg, do some weights (light weights to get my muscles used to the gym then i run 6 to 10 min after my weights, then i go again at night at 18:00 just to cycle another 10km. i take weigh protien in the morning before gym and jack 3D and then anothe whey shake after my gym session.
My goal is too loose weight till i am happy then start builging muscle.
What other suppliments should i take and is there a better diet i can follow?
