Time to put on some size was created by Geared
hi,

ok almost time to put on some size again, been spending 3 months now (coming back if you wanna put it that way)

have dropped alot of bodyfat since then, started with a previous diet myself and dj worked on, and the past 2 weeks started re introducing carbs around workout time , and has been working well, i have 1 week left of clen , and then i might run another 1-2 weeks heat to shed another percent or 2 .

to be honest i would like to assume i am around 12 percent now but i dont know, triceps are out, chest out, back defined, quads starting to get separation, and upper abs starting to make an appearance again.

that said i am itching to start working on size again. now the approach we were going to use a long time back was mainly fats / pro with carbs centered round my workout. That said i am keen to up the carbs more , and i feel 4000 plus calories a day is going to be minimum at this stage for me

i am undecided whether i am going to run slin again, its all going to be dependent on how lean i actually manage to get in the coming weeks, the novarapid pens i have left are expired aaarghhh so they are being disposed of .shouldnt have too big an impact on overall carbs as i found my tolerance point round 7g carbs per iu, but if i do go that route will again start safe at 10g / iu and work down slowly .

stats :

weight 102kg (this fluctuates between 100 and 102.5kg)
height 6ft
age 34

Goal 110kg plus

current cycle sust 700 mg / tren e 400mg entering week 2 (but came straight off 600mg test e start so levels good)

Diet :

5.00am pre workout 20g waxy maise (i have tons left over) 20g whey
5.30-7.00 train 20g waxy maise sipped throughout
7am - post workout - 60g waxy maize / 40g whey (carbs again will be dependent on slin)
8am - 100g raw oats (60g carbs) 4 whole eggs 6 egg whites
10.30 - whey shake 40g pro with 1 tablespoon mac oil 15g fats (considering a medium sweet potato here)
13.00 - 200g chicken or steak (40g pro) 2 cups rice cooked (90g carbs ) with veges with peanut butter
16.00 - whey shake with olive oil 40g pro 15g fats
19.00 - 200g steak / fish with sweet potato and veges / peanut butter
before bed - 3hole eggs 6 egg whites
2-3 am - if i wake up i always keep a shake by the bed 20g whey / 15g fats

pro - 320 g - 1280 cal
carbs - 310g - 1240 cal
fats 110 g - 990 cal

3510 approximately

will need to try up this to 4000 cal somehow with snacks of cashews and almonds and some biltong etc on occasion , now i am concerned about the amount of carbs but will have to play it by ear and throw in a cardio session here and there possibly to help keep fat gain down a bit ?
