OK Cheat Meal?

Ogre put me on to a good place to get chicken, and whilst there i saw some good look chicken shnitzels (sp?).

Now, to keep the madness away, would this be overboard as a cheat meal? Considering the crumbs etc. I would obviously have to dress it with a sprinkling of tussers cheese, and accompany it with mash.

Thoughts?

ummm depending doberman, u probably gonna find they are full of saturated fats which is not a good fat to be having but i mean if u are eating 6 meals a day 7 days a week then maybe 2 or 3 out of your 42meals in a week is not gonna kill u...aim for 90-95% consistency not absolutism.. i think u will end up binging more if u dont allow the luxuries in once in a while but not every night... if u are eating at a calorie defect of say 500cals (coz u trying to drop weight) and u only have a 200calorie deficit because of your cheat meal doesn't mean u aren't gonna get lean it just means it will take maybe 1 day extra in the scheme of things...allow your self the luxuries dude.

Thats what i was thinking DJ, i know that those shnitzels are buttered up before they crumbeb, so they must be bad. I'm eating ultra clean, maybe too clean, so i need to try keep a bit of sanity

Dude, Ogre put me onto that chicken place in NC road, so i'm trying to squeeze in as much chicken as possible. Well, lets try sort out a good eating plan then, i think i'm on the right track, eating how i used to when i had a body i could be proud of.

Decided that my cheat this weekend will be one cocktail at Frankies.

yea i know the place..we both drove down the road looking for it...hope there chicken is good quality at least...yea u can have your cocktail dude... i will be sneaking in my eggs and rice into the place lol...well we will have to asses what u taking in and maybe adjust,maybe u are taking in too much or too little...that is what we will look at and help u with dude...

Very good quality, very clean, no skin or excess crap on it. They seem to be a "Factory shop" of sorts for rainbow chickens.
