hey guys

Nope, wont be asking about fatburners and pre workout.
Coz im picked up diet must be in order first :)

wot u guys think of my diet below (for cutting)? I have been searching various sites especially this one to work out one for me.

Bfast
1 cup of oats
banana
2 eggs

Snack
30-35g whey shake and peanut butter

Lunch
150g fish / chicken
1 cup broccoli
some nuts

Snack
150g fish
1 cup broccoli

pre workout meal
banana or apple with plain yoghurt

post workout
30-35g whey
vitargo aftershock

Supper
150g steak /chicken
salad

Pre bed
Casein protein

If there are any changes please advise wot i can amend.

I don't see enough protein and fats in ur diet and just 2 eggs for protein for breakfast is not nearly enough.

Dj and koe007 will be able to give u detailed answers.

natural or on juice
also wat sort of training do u do? cardio mainly or weights?

natural, not on juice
im planning on cutting, i do both weights and cardio after.

Yeah mate. But 150g of steak or chicken isn't 150g of protein. And for breakfast u need a high protein meal as ur body has bn fasting all nite and only had the casein to repair muscles. Especially when cutting high protein is the way to go to prevent muscle loss.

Drop the banana, add 4 egg white
Drop the yoghurt oats raisins
No need for vitargo aftershock maltodextrin will work fine
Carbs are also not timed properly and to me protein intake is to low.
You wanna cut properly email admin for DJ's details, If you want a porsche you don't go to vw, if you want to get results don't look at generic diets from here and there it must be customised for you, as we are all unique.

@ Koe007....Regarding the broccoli:

I have read and am under the impression that carbs like broccoli and other greens can be eaten and aren't to worry about as they aren't as dense as oats etc. Is that true or should one I check how much veg I consume?

I stand to be corrected but Broccoli is a complex carb source, carbs are only needed at certain times of the day ideally breakfast pre and post workout. If he is cutting and does not need the carbs as an energy source they will be stored, obviously dependant on training intensity, lifestyle etc

I wouldn't know mate that's why I asked. Def gna look deeper into it tonight as broccoli, rice and oats are my daily carb intake. I'm not into the whole cutting thing. As long as I can stay between 8-10%bf I am happy.

well u see u are giving us a value of some nuts,that could be a hand full which could easily be over 60g which is way to much,also 150g chicken and 150g fish have different protein values,dependant on what your weight is you might be having too little protein, also how much peanut butter,measuring and weighing all of this out is essential to work,

what is your weight and body fat %

hey dj,

oh so chicken and fish have different protein values? I thort it was the same

nuts weight is about 16-20g
pb - 20-30g

i currently weigh 81 kg
bf ft is 25% last time i checked

can i change the broccoli to veg's then Koe?
Vitargo i got from a friend who stopped training due to injury. Should i rather give it away and get maltodextrin? Or can i use it so long?

Is ur peanut butter the unsalted unsweetened one? If not its probably filled with loads of sugars!
Ask DJ for a customized diet. That wil be the best.
