Yeah mate. But 150g of steak or chicken isn't 150g of protein. And for breakfast u need a high protein meal as ur body has bn fasting all nite and only had the casein to repair muscles. Especially when cutting high protein is the way to go to prevent muscle loss.soopamyko wrote: here are my stats
