basically iv just been going along and training hard and trying to eat well and read info on supplements and its obviously worked to a degree,thing is over the years iv been training i have never followed a strict diet so for a while i look bloated and then i cut down and look good and then look flat and because i dont follow a strict diet i never know what im eating thats causing this.i also want to take my first test only coarse but i want my diet to be 100s and everything else ready so i can take full advantage of my first coarse,so considering all this i am going to stop fucking around and trying to do things and im going to put my head down and chase it no matter what gets in the way,iv emailed dj for a diet and this will be my log for all you guys and most importantly myself to see my progress from now through djs diet and then eventually through my first coarse.i will take some pics over the weekend and post them on monday morning,im not half as big as most of the members here but im doing this so i can be one day so be easy on me lol

if you want to look and feel good it takes hard work, your commitment is the first step. Getting a diet from DJ is definately another right step!

Been a while since my last post,and alots happened inbetween,got my laptop stolen,started my coarse and summer is here
Iv taken before photos of how I currently look and will upload as soon as I get some time on a decent pc and learn how to upload the pics unless deadgoat is willing to help out?
Anyway I started on 75kgs
My coarse is
Pgw test E @ 600mgs a week.its 300mg/ml so I'm hitting 1ml monday and 1 ml thursdays
I only had 2 injections so far and need to get a ai that I can use while on coarse,letro seems more within my budget compared to aromasin,just worried as I have not researched letro that much and I'm not sure about dosage etc and also I'm worried about estrogen rebound,I'm not sure 100% but I heard you could get estro rebound from letro..
Anyway I'll research it in the meantime but if anyone has some good advice it would be appreciated.

One thing I must tell you guys is that the actual injecting process was not what I thought it would be.the first injection I was so kak nervous,all by myself in my room,I did everything to the book,drew with 21gauge,changed to 23 to inject,did everything right pushed the needle all the way in deep into the muscle and slowly pushed down for about a minute till the syringe was empty,then as I let the pressure off the plunger I saw a tiny speck of blood shoot into the syringe,that's when I realised that I had absolutely forgotten to pull back to see if I was in a vein,I knew I was supposed to do this but I was so nervous I forgot I got hot and cold and nauceous for a while but I think it was just shock,second injection was kak,had to do left glute and I'm right handed so did everything right needle was all the way in then when I had to change grips to pull back to see for blood I by mistake let go of the syringwe while the needle was in my anyway I injected and was ok but from friday morning till now I have been in the worst musclular pain ever,I think I tore my muscle inside a little bit,but I did my third shot last night in the right glute and heated the bottle a little and I am literally pain free this morning,a tiny bit of tenderness but hardly anything..anyway I'll keep u guys updated

I'm so glad my mrs. does my injections for me. Don't know what i'd do if she didn't. Scared to pin anywhere else. I just can't look at a needle being put in my own body, gives my the grillssss, lol :S

you can also pin in your delt with a 1" needle. I find it a lot easier.

Howsit guys,long time! Sorry for the lack of updates.
Since my last post things have been great,,been taking 600mgs test enanthate and 75mgs proviron for 6 weeks,felt the test kick in at week 2 and thought it was amazing and then at week 5 boom it felt like it really kicked me in the ass time has flown thought,I feel strong all the time,confidence is thru the roof,feeling a constant sense of well being and that I am growing and constantly getting bigger,the weights I'm lifting have increased considerably aswell as the intensity I'm training at,I'm really loving this coarse,started at 72kg and sitting on 75 now but have gone so lean,vascular aswell,my abs are starting to show and iv lost the thin layer of fat on my love handles and stomach.iv taken the before pics and I'll post them with pics at end of week 7 to compare,,can't wait to start the winstrol at week 12..hope everyones doing wellm
