Physique competitions

Hey brothers, here's the deal.

I'm thinking of taking part in mens physique competitions sometime in the middle of next year...

I'd like to know is there anyone one on here with any experience in this category, I'm gonna be getting a diet soon from Mr.DJ hopefully ill be able to get one in the next few weeks just gotta get my BF etc measured.

Also what should I do to prepare, what weight range should I be in I'm 1.78m at 72kgs at the moment.

Any help will be appreciated

Marco pietrowski won his first fame show at 72kgs,with no legs what so ever,he has an incredible upperbody and he comes in shredded...its all about having a balanced physique,I would try and get that lean mass up to nearly 80kgs for your height...

Yea my target lean mass is actually 85kgs, what ill do is eventually post some pics and you guys can tell me where u think I'm lacking

We all started somwer. Keep those pics and remember wer u com from. Keeps ur feet nicely on the ground. Some guys in teh sport forget that.
