You need MUCH more fish in your diet to get the skin thinner... And fishoils.
The masteron... If you doing 4ml a week... keep each shot to 2ml if its twice a week... like pump said... keep the SAME dosage for each injection... 1ml of test prop and 1ml of Mast Prop every 3rd day!
Your diet at the moment should be: Egg whites, Chicken and fish and mixed veggies... with some carbs before your workout... Oats at bfast... almonds (16) at other meals during the day for fats (No Carbs)
YOU NEED TO GET YOUR BF MEASURED ASAP... even DJ will ask you for this!
Cardio should be 20 min sessions in the evening... HIT cardio.
Perworkout should also have no carbs. and also... lots of L-Glutamine during the day... 1/2 a teaspoon like 4 times a day...
And i have been using Universal Supercuts (2 as you wake, 2 as you sleep), with some great results!!

and this is why guys look like string beans on stage...hit cardio is the biggest reason for guys over training and results stopping close to show time
dieting on fish and egg whites make u look like u are an Ethiopian runner hence the reason people don't do it any more!stick to what u know best mr_sa which is hiding in the corners and stealing everyone elses work!
