Diets looks like its missing quite a bit for 7 weeks still out....
Calories are low for that far out is what i think....

Mail DJ, as kkkyle said... he will help with a pre-contest diet.
Hope you come right before its too late... else you will go in too flat.

Good luck and post pics when you can.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Well just for starters, keep the hormone stable. So keep your shots the same dose, also masteron in my personal experience is a waste unless you under 10 % body fat, it will not help with losing bodyfat, not in my experience anyway..

I agree with pump, where is the test? Its also needed or you will lose precious muscle with dieting. Also what dose of Masteron and T3.

Test Prop...1ml every 3 days.. and eventually taper off!
You need MUCH more fish in your diet to get the skin thinner... And fishoils.

The masteron... If you doing 4ml a week... keep each shot to 2ml if its twice a week... like pump said... keep the SAME dosage for each injection... 1ml of test prop and 1ml of Mast Prop every 3rd day!

Your diet at the moment should be: Egg whites, Chicken and fish and mixed veggies... with some carbs before your workout... Oats at bfast... almonds (16) at other meals during the day for fats (No Carbs)

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR BF MEASURED ASAP... even DJ will ask you for this!

Cardio should be 20 min sessions in the evening... HIT cardio.

Perworkout should also have no carbs. and also... lots of L-Glutamine during the day... 1/2 a teaspoon like 4 times a day...
And i have been using Universal Supercuts (2 as you wake, 2 as you sleep), with some great results!!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

and this is why guys look like string beans on stage...hit cardio is the biggest reason for guys over training and results stopping close to show time

dieting on fish and egg whites make u look like u are an Ethiopian runner hence the reason people don't do it any more!stick to what u know best mr_sa which is hiding in the corners and stealing everyone elses work!

ok the reasons for the skin being thick is because you arent lean enough, you are holding water behind from excess estrogen and from carb sensitivity. what type of cardio are you doing and for how long each day?60mcg of t3 is alot for 1 hit, your diet lacks calories and lacks alot of red meat, your carbs are in the wrong place and eating low calories is just going to slow down your metabolism you are eating around 2300 calories a day and using high t3 which is gonna make u flatten out alot, koe007 who is about that same weight as u is close on 3500calories for the whole of his prep and only recently have we cut the calories down at 3 weeks out.

i think u are hoping that t3 and lack of calories is gonna lean you out,it will but u will loose alot of muscle mass at the same time, and u will look flat...

have u been battling to sleep at all? have u been going to pass a stool once to twice a day? are u finding it difficult to wake up in the morning? are you battling with feeling cold and lethargic during the day?dry skin on your hands?

how often are you training? how often are u doing cardio? how long is your training sessions? when was the last time you had a cheat/carb up meal?

what fat burners other than the t3 are u using?

I think that training 6days a week is over kill,u should cut back,if u aren't getting lean over the belly then is just gonna take more time to diet but I do think your diet is lacking calories in my opinion.

hey guys, i personally know Thes. he trains the hardest of any of the guys at our gym. This guys has got allot of potential.

Thick legs, thick back and arms. agree all he needs to do is work on the midsection.

DJ, you mentioned he is probably getting in about 2800 cal as per his diet. how much should he be getting in then? 3300? should he up his protein, carbs and fats by how much? just scared he ups his carbs by too much and picks up weight (not muscle).

you mention he might be carb sensative, what does that mean, should he cut back on carbs and up his fats and protein then?

Should he also stick to only getting in carbs pre and post workout. With the T3 and other cutting agents he is using i think T3 must be taken on a empty belly, will eating carbs ahead of taking T3 counteract the T3 or cutting agents?

thanks guys!

T3 morning and evening, instead of utilising carbs as an energy source when they are required they are stored due to incorrect timing. Pre-Post and breakfast should be most carbs. Source of carbs are also important. There is no generic way to a pre-contest diet, DJ monitors your weight, progress and response to certain foods to develop a diet suited to you, let Thesner contact him and take it from there, if you are gonna spend all the money on your prep in regard to juice and supplements it will be a waste if not done properly. Rather pay Dj's small fee it really is considering what you get in knowledge and help and do it properly.

the problem is I'm training in the mornings @ 5 O clock? after that i have my breakfast and no carbs after 18h00? so my last two meals no carbs?

If i change my training times to night will it be better? i'm scared it will bomb out my pre contest?

Suppose the real question is also do you absolutely HAVE to take T3 on a empty belly? doing weights on a empty belly is not advised, but if you want to take T3 with that will taking 50g of oats 30-40 min prior to working out interfere...

Its all fine and dandy saying this and that, untill I can see pics of him I can't judge what I am doing, its like buying a car cos u saw the post online and u go and get to pick it up and its a write off. I have asked for pictures as to see where he is.

No one said u have to take t3 on an empty belly, taking that 60mcg of t3 in one shot isn't the the best,I would split it up to morning and night.

What u have to realise is that carbs aren't always the devil, they will help in fueling the metabolism, I mean 80g of all bran and 280 of sweet potato a day is minimal for doing weight training, cardio, living, breathing and functioning mentally.

Untill I see what you look like I can't say where I would adjust carbs, fats or anything like that...also 7weeks out only doing cardio 4x a week isn't enough if u are battling with weight,I would also substitute proteins, with some chicken, some fish, some red meat,

Also your protein count is low,egg whites and fish are fast digesting proteins and I am pretty sure u are gonna starve half the time after those meals.
