Too many shakes. Carbs are all over the show. Why is the 8:30 meal not your 6:00 meal? Have you totalled how many calories this adds up to coz I doubt you'll get 4k+ which is what you need at your size

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Thanks for the advice, i will move the 0830 to 0600 and then have a solid meal at 0830, and i mainly use carbs in the morning, preworkout and then postworkout. And i doubt the calories will add uo to 4000. What do you suggest i change deadgoat ?

Not enough fats, not enough solid protein, far too many mass shakes.your carbs should be in meal 1,pre work out and post work out to start.

Combine your 17:30(?) and 17:00 meals, at 15:30 repeat your 13:00 meal. 10:30 snack on some biltong, peanut butter and almonds instead of the mass shake. 8:30 meal should be at 6:00 as we've discussed, the new 8:30 meal (the whey shake) should be had with some meat and veg.

Calculate how much all these calories add up to using www.calorieking.com/ , if you're still short of 4k then add some more meals or increase the serving sizes of the current meals

Next time please use the "Meal 1: blah blah" format, it was annoying as hell having to use your time format

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

I would even go to say at your weight(depending on how pictures look) u would need more than 4000 calories,I mean fakey_ak is on nearly 5000cals a day.it also depends on your cycle aswell

Dont take this the wrong way, I've noticed you give your clients carbs for all their meals yet for most guys on the forum you suggest they only have carbs thrice a day (breakfast, pre and post workout) is there are reason for this?

Have taken both Deadgoat and DJ's recommendations, the times are annoying so changed to Meal#, and have changed to the following:

Meal 1 1 X Whey Protein, 100g oats, Banana, Honey
Meal 2 1 X Whey, 200g Chicken Fillet, 200g Veg
Meal 3 Peanut Butter, Almonds, Biltong
Meal 4 200g Chicken Fillet / Pork Loin, 200g Veg
Meal 5 300g Lean Mince, 100g Basmati Rice
Meal 6 100g Oats, Raisins (Pre Workout)
Workout
Meal 7 1 X Whey, 1 X Muscle Science Muscle Mass (Post Workout)
Meal 8 300g Sirloin Steak, 200g Veg
Meal 9 1 X Whey Protein

I'll use the caloriecounter and i hope its in the region of 4500 calories

Does it look better ?

hey deadgoat

I also started with carbs only pre/post workout and breakfast. Only as the diet went along and the cals increase did DJ add carbs to other meals. This also has happened roughly over 16 week span so far.

Not everyone has this happen to them, its all dependant on how their metabolism shifts through the diet, sometimes in cases like fakey I increased his calories to 4000 and he got leaner,so to get him to swallow down 800g of poato for breakfast is some what difficult so I have to add in carbs to some of the meals to make sure he can get his food in without vommiting!

That makes sense, have you suggested putting some of the meals in a blender yet?
