I have just started using heat, I will keep Yo in mind next time. As for Heat the bottle says two in the morning and two in the afternoon. Should I take two at a time or take one on four separate ocations? What works best? Thanks.

That sounds like lipoma. See your Doc to make sure. If so they are surgically removed - maybe some free lipo?

Gooogled Lipoma and you are both right, brown fat is a form of lipoma. Some say they dont go away naturally, but I will try Yo.

I don't think your medical aid will pay for the removal of lipomas, which are rarely malignant.

I am your reference. I have had it done 4 times already. 3 different medical aids. All paid - 100% each and every time.

I'm not all that sure about the lipo suction method though - but i have a few lipoma floating around and will know soon.

That's awesome news. And keep us posted B) To be honest, a few bumps under the skin doesn't bother me much, but once I lose all my blubber I might discover many more of them.

I guess it's just a GP visit for the excision, rather than with a plastic surgeon?

I have them on my stomache, maybe six or seven an one big on that is getting visible as I get lean. I dont want scarring on my stomache. Does it make a scar?

The plastic said he can do most of them in a chair. My previous GP did some on my arm many years ago, but then i think he did the qualification for surgeon on the side.

The deep ones need a bit more work. Long time ago i had 2 deep ones in my back that needed drainage for 2 days. The methods must have changed since then because the last lot were done by a Plastic where some were deep as well and all without drainage.

It makes a small scar. If you look after it and avoid scar tissue by covering them watertight they are hardly visible after a while.
