Just my normal stack Jack3d, whey, creatine and then i added in the BCAA's for pre and intra training and sometimes to sip on during the day just to be sure i wasn't going to lose too much
I actually stayed within 1-2kgs of my starting weight the whole time, just lost fat and maintained lean mass i guess (taboo topic), but my experience with it.
