howsit guys,please help with my diet

stats : 29yrs ,training for yrs, weight 80kg,average height

im looking to put on some lean mass and get ripped up.i am planning a cycle in 2 months but i want to get cut up abit first.


diet as follows :

7:30am oats with whey,6 egg whites 2 yolks

9:30am snack black coffee provita with cottage cheese

12:00pm chicken breast/fish/beef with spinach/brocolli/green beans

15:30pm same as 12pm

5pm pwo oats ad whey

7pm whey protein shake

7:30pm chicken breast/fish/beef with rice/baked potato

11pm casein protein


taining 5 days a week/ hit cardio twice a week

Ummm sorry dead goat I don't agree,u have given no values to how many grams of oats,how many grams of chicken,whey etc,u need to weight and measure each and every meal out so u know exactly how many calories are u consuming...I bet the amount of chicken u eat and the amount of chicken I eat are different,same with oats,u could be having 200g of oats a serving which would throw your macros out the park...

Exactly the diet, can really consist of anything (in theory) but calories need to be correct for your body fat, and how much your burning.
