morning cardio & breakfast was created by MCJ
Hey guys

I would like to start adding some cardio into my routine. This will be in the mornings. How would I go about structuring my breakfast after cardio? Do I start on an empty stomach and then whey after or whey first?

I have just finished a test cycle. Last pin was this past saturday. Pct will commence in 2 and half weeks, hcg, clomid and tamofixen together with SPS testosterone booster.

Thanx guys

Eating is your choice imo. I don't if i do morning cardio but i do take BCAA's you may want to look at that.

And what type of cardio is it HIIT or extended cardio?

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

At this stage it wil be extended cardio. Extremely unfit when it comes to cardio. I train from home and invested in an orbitrek style fitness machine.

I'm really not clued up at all when it comes to cardio as I have never really bothered with it before.

i don't know about that orbitrek, but walking on the treadmill for 30-45min on a gradient, head down and go is what i would recommend. I'm not a jogger or cyclist haha. Its either walking or HIIT

Start off a little easy though and ease your way into the length and gradient, no point in burning yourself out or getting shin splints or some kak.

And for breakfast i would treat it as a post workout meal, you want the carbs so as not to be pap for the day. Don't know about a whey shake, sure DJ will comment on that but i know there is the need to feed your body with fast absorbing protein when you wake up. The BCAAs will probably help in that department as well.

I believe in half a Whey serving (for me that's 30g) and some BCAA and there after you just have your normal breakfast and daily meals.

3000mg l-carnatine before cardio on a empty belly!! If u doing low intensity 45mins is good moderate intensity 30mins is good(between 140-150bpm) no food is needed before as u have just arisen from a 8 hour fasted stated and blood sugar levels are rock bottom which is perfect!
