Hi all, I want to know if anyone has tried with success to restore muscle glycogen in the final stages, or on the day, of contest or shoot prep with sweets? I guess the logic is to keep water intake to a minimum, either way I just want to know what type of sweets would be best in this regard. Also drinking alcohol can effect muscle dryness the day after but how much is enough to get a result? obviously pitching up with a rotting hangover is less than ideal. Last question, for those of us who aren't at ridiculously low levels of bf, are water/carb manipulation tricks worth employing?
