Greetings all. A friend of mine wants to compete in a amateur bb show. I have never competed, so i cant give him advise. Will you please comment or give some advise, i would really appreciate it.

His stats: Age 23, 1,72cm and 77kg

Never done any cycle! All natural!

he is very lean the advice i would give him is more dead lift and pull ups to help widen the back,he will also need to work on his posing daily. his last week prep with water dropping and de carbing and carbing up is essential to be spot on. but he has got very good starting points to work from.

Not bad for natural. Needs to concentrate on Lats IMO (lat pulldown, widearm pullups, bent-over rows). Yeah, widen his upper back/torso like DJ says. Otherwise nicely shredded already.
