Firstly just wanna congratulate DJ and Koe on the transfirmation, never new the extent of knowlege this forum actually had until now.

My question is - if i want to change my training time from afternoon to early moring what changes would i have to do to my cutting diet below? and becasue im taking in alot of mono fats where would i add the fish if even needed and how much? any advice will help

height 1.77m weight 105kg body fat 15-20 endomorphic in structure gain weight easliy strggle to lose fat.

Morning 7 egg whites (51g) 2 whole eggs
100grams oats

snack 250gr chicken fillets
100green beans
1 tbs mac nut oil or olive oil with vinegar

lunch 30gr whey
2tbs peanut butter

Snack pre workout 60gr basmati rice
1 tin tuna in water

post work out 30gr whey

supper 300gr chicken
100gr green beans
1tbs mac nut or olive oil with vinegar

before bed 7 eggs whites AND 1 WHOLE

this worksout to about 2400 cals 310 grams protien 110gr carbs and 87gr fats.

Your carbs are a little low,I would have just single catb meal before training in the morning personally...and then all your other meals after that.

Thanks for the feedback Dj, are u saying i should rather eat carbs through out the day even before bed and is my morning meal sufficient for a pre work out meal or do i nead something with a more "slow release" and could u give some idea on how much fish oil i require if any if im taking in fats from macnut oil and peanut butter?

Look I still suggest carbs pre and post work out and for breakfast,the reason for this is so that all your energy from carbs is processed in the daily activites u do,the work out u do and then the carbs post work out to aid in recovery. So take that into consideration,I wouldn't start out having carbs in all meals.I would include 1-2tabs spoons of fish oils.
