i know food and more specifically quality food is the answer. my diet is very good and im not just saying that. i posted because i have recently had high urea levels in my kidneys and i assumed it was because i was taking in too much protien, so i wanted a structured diet that had a calculated daily intake of protien (so i do not overdo it), carbs and fats for bulking.
I know it is going to costjust hoping to make it as economical as possible as i am a student. is it really that important to mix up your sources of protien and carbs, if so, why is that the case?
