Bud when it comes to dieting properly cheap isn't in the equasion,if u want to put on decent muscle u need good quality food and lots of it,u need different protein sources, chicken, eggs, redmeat, fish, whey etc.people don't realise in order to put on muscle it costs a bit of $$$

Food is expensive , but if you are not going to diet right you might aswell leave your cycle bud , rather spend the money on a propper diet if you cant afford both

Thanks for the replys guys

i know food and more specifically quality food is the answer. my diet is very good and im not just saying that. i posted because i have recently had high urea levels in my kidneys and i assumed it was because i was taking in too much protien, so i wanted a structured diet that had a calculated daily intake of protien (so i do not overdo it), carbs and fats for bulking.

I know it is going to cost :) just hoping to make it as economical as possible as i am a student. is it really that important to mix up your sources of protien and carbs, if so, why is that the case?
