Yup I'm pretty experienced, been in this game for a about 8 years

but always looking to broaden my knowledge.
I usually use Jack3D for my pre-workout boost which works really well. As far as Keto stix are concerned I find they can be a little mis-leading at times. I usually base my Ketosis on the metallic taste in my mouth! Then I know for certain. But I agree with you my best bet is to test a few scenarios and see what changes occur.
I'm really looking for slight tweaks as the diet is going good, but being the person I am, of course any advice to get the mostest would be appreciated!! Excess freak.
Ive heard DJ is the diet guru so I will anticipate his response patiently
