ECA Stack & Night Time Training was created by Loins
Hi Guys,

This is my first post, although DJ we have spoken before via email :)

I did do some searching first on ECA Stacks and didn't turn up what I was looking for in the first couple pages of results.

Basically I need to know if I'm taking ECA stack should I take it before training considering that generally only train at night anywhere between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. I haven't started the stack yet and I do believe this could keep me awake if I take it too late. Any recommendations on when I should be taking it given that my training time is not flexible.

To date I haven't signed up although I have been using this site/forum for info for a while now already, all the info is normally there somewhere but I finally had my own question :)

Thanks for the help guys.

Cheers

Some people can sleep on it, I can't take it after 4.

I don't think I'm sensitive to caffeine because I have had always enjoyed a cup of coffee before bed for most of my life (until about 2 years ago I switched to rooibos tea) and it has never been an issue for me sleep wise.

But obviously ephedrine is another story. I've never tried it, even when it was still legal so I wouldn't know.

Either way I'm going to try it as that's the best way to know but I just wanted to get a general opinion on it and that might offer me some options if it does keep me up.
