Help tweak my mrs's diet was created by David.biohazard
Ok guys here is how my mrs has been eating. There are a few things I don't agree with her on but when I tell her these things it goes in one ear and out the other. When other people tell her the same things I have told her it actually registers. So please help me convince her!! She is about 1.63m tall and at 19%BF and 57Kg's complete weight. So the obvious goal is BF% around 14% and promotion of lean muscle.

Breakfast:
20g raw oats (Don't think this is enough)
1 scoop whey (Needs to weigh this out, I think about 25g)
160g fat free yogurt

Snack
42g biltong
7g cashews
OR
1 protein bar – 13.5g protein and 3.5 carbs in it

Lunch (Convinced her to have 100g chicken, about 65g sweet potato - Non training days)
2 cups salad
100g tuna
10g avo

Snack
1.25 scoop whey (Again about 25g whey, 10g peanut butter and water instead)
200ml fat free milk

Post workout shake – 1.25 whey and 1 tspn L Glutamine

Dinner
100g chicken breast or 120g x lean mince
65g veg
100g potato (training days only)

Also don't think there is enough red meat.

Would appreciate any input ;)

Wow isn't she bloody hungry? There's like no carbs in her diet! David your diet looks much better then hers. Anyways what type of training does she do? I see she does not get any carbs pre and post training as well. The way she is eating now will shutdown her metabolism due to lack of energy. But wait for DJ them

i wud say get rid of the protein bar at lunch and rather add in the potato there.
cut out the potato at supper.
thats wat i wud do.
also add some brown rice at lunch or supper instead of the potato if u want.
also try cut out the dairy. rather substitute calcium supp like calmag and a multivit in the morning,

Shot guys, trying to help her out a bit. Told her that pre workout carbs essential, althouh post she does eat a potato (100g)with her meal and do you think bump up morning carbs?

Her training is done by a sports scientist, metabolic and anabolic its a mixture of cardio and weights and KB, All done high Intensity

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....
