Hi guys

Hope someone can help here...

Im struggling to get all the food down that I need for my current cycle...not sure if my diet sucks or what the problem is.I just seem to struggle to eat..I feel full the whole day and force myself to eat...

Anyone know why this might be happening or should I just shut the hell up and force feed myself???

Current cycle:

1 ml Test prop 100 EOD
2 ml Supertest/week
2 ml Tren 150/week
40 mg Dianabol ED for 4 weeks
60 mg Proviron ED

In week 4 now..picked up 6 kg's in 2 weeks and then none in week 3???

STATS
HEIGHT:176 CM
WEIGHT:97 Kg
AGE: 33
BODY FAT: 15%

My mood is ok..not getting sleep at night though,Im up every hour....

Diet as follows:

04h15-Get up and take my tabs:2 x dainabol/1 x proviron/multivit/omega 3&6/milkthistle
05h00-Gym
06h00-Protein shake with skimmed milk(56gm prot/72gm carb/15gm fat)
09h00-3 Eggs+100gm tuna/meat/chicken+3 slices bread(52gm prot/50gm carb/20gm fat)
12h00-Protein shake with skimmed milk(56gm prot/72gm carb/15gm fat
14h30-3 Eggs+100gm tuna/meat/chicken+3 slices bread(52gm prot/50gm carb/20gm fat)
17h00-200gm fish/meat/chicken+salad+veg(45gm prot/80gm carb/20gm fat)
20h00-Protein shake with skimmed milk(56gm prot/72gm carb/15gm fat)


Ok so the totals are-317gm protein/396gm carbs/105gm fat Daily

My Protein is around right,Carbs are too low,I think it should be around 540gm/day.Fat im not too sure about???I know I should eat more food instead of shakes but I cant get the food in,easier to down/force the shake down...

No nothing.. only other supplements I do use is 10mg creatine/day(5gm morning and 5 gm at night) and L glutamine at same dosage as the creatine...

cut out the skim milk. use water for whey. cut out the bread. use brown rice/ sweet potato.
6am shake is not enuf. add eggs and oats there. 9am meal can be a snack. biltong/tuna salad etc. 12h00 must be proper lunch with meat etc.

too many whey shakes iwud imagine. try to eat more solid fod and have jus 1-2 shakes for the day.

Thats the problem bro...I cant get the food down...thats why I have a shake at 12h00..if I dont I cant get my 14h30 meal in...

Use to have oats before gym but I get nauseas while exercising.

Maybe I must try and switch my meals around a bit

increase the volume and intensity in your training,start doing 20mins cardio post work out as well... also diesel is right,cut out the bread and skim milk.

I'd also get something in your gut as you wake up, I find if I eat when i open my eyes I am hungry for the day, if I put it off, the rest of the day its hard to get my food down, just something small, by the time your gym session is over you going to be starving.

00pump I was thinking of having some oats before gym...it use to make me nauseas but I'll try...and also add some cardio on certain days..maybe 3 times a week...time is just a bit of a problem...gym opens at 5 am and I start work at 7 am.To go in the afternoon is a f up...too many people at the gym...

Ye so have some oats, and mix some protein shake with it, I find chocolate whey is pretty nice and then you have all you need for a powerhouse session. Throw a few rasins in too...

i use to also not eat when i woke up. started doing cardio as soon as i woke and fcuk sucks when i get home i eat everything in sight. i had to force it down in the beggining but now days i have to eat in the morning else i feel like i might die!
ya dj is right...if u train hrad enuf ur hunger becomes enormous! i get so hungry while gymimng its hectic! get home n i jus attack the food! then i greet the mrs lol!
