Best way to get a diet for ME?

hey guys im new to site and i wana know what is the best way to get a diet plan that works for me ?

i herd of guy talking about guys that take blood and work out a diet acorrding to your blood work,is this the best way of doing it?

or is there someone i can go and see that works one out for me or is it as easy as picking on up off the forum or a website

i wana gain musscle fast and understand that food is the secret weapon .

iv read alot of posts from DJ and he seems to know alot about this any one got an email for him ?

Don't waste ur time getting a diet that's meant for ur blood type... My GF tried that route and wow I laughed so hard at that diet... Its ridiculous and u will honestly hate it... Ul be put off eating and not gain at all in the end haha... Well that's my 2 cents worth.. The food is boring and think its a load of bull..
DJ is ur man for the diet plan... Don't wast ur money on dietitians when an expert can help u out here.
