Bud even black guys use tan for a show.so yes u will need to use tan.

Great post .. Could u shed some light on water manipulation ? When I did my contest I was given day and night answers .. What would be the best way to come in really dry ???

Water load and sodium load for 4 days 5g of salt and 8L of water, then cut down sodium by half and water by half, then drop sodium completely and cut water by half daily till show day. This usually happens 8 days out

Ok this is how i read the water and sodium load,

Day1: 8L water + 5g salt
Day2: 8L water + 5g salt
Day3: 8L water + 5g salt
Day4: 8L water + 5g salt
Day5: 4L water + 2.5g salt
Day6: 2L water
Day7: 1L water
Day8: 500ml water

Is this right?

Just a update on point number 12.

At the IFBB SA's earlier this year they actually banned the use of Spray n Cook :dry:

But yes money I personally think plays the biggest part

I've competed quite a few times yes. Won a IFBB provincial this year and placed top 6 at IFBB SA National Champs - Super Heavy's this year aswell. Getting ready to do the Arnold Classic next year May.
