Tuna was created by roger
Hi,

I used to have steak, brown rice & boiled veggies for lunch around 12pm. No I replaced it with a tin of Tuna only. But I am still hungry... can I have more than 1 tin of tuna between bfast & lunch? I am trying to drop a few kilos and so far so good, but I am constantly hungry since I cut the steak, etc. at lunch.

THanks,
Roger!

Ok, Im going for size and strength but I want to loose some at the boep as I am getting near to the end of my cycle. Daily routine:

Wake up - Black coffee with 1x sweetner + 1x SSN Multivit + 1x SSN Omega 3,6,9 + 1x SSN Joint + on Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays I take 1x Cal-C-Vita (with 1ml b12 & 1ml B comp in it).
30min later Oats with whey protein powder + raisens
around 9/10am 4 eggs
between 10am & 12pm half a whey protein shake with 1x t spoon of SSN creatine & 1 t spoon of SSN Glutamine
around 12pm steak, brown rice and/or veggies
around 2pm other half of whey protein shake as above
3.30pm pre-workout (jack3D or NO explode)
4pm training
5.30pm whey protein shake with with 1x t spoon of SSN creatine & 1 t spoon of SSN Glutamine
around 7pm fish/chicken with veggies or salad
around 9pm 2x CalMag (calcium & magnesium) pills

Now I have left out the eggs at 9am and replaced the lunch at 12pm with a tin of tuna.

Thats about it.

You might wanna chat to DJ about getting a better diet man...

4 Shakes a day??
No measurements with any of your food?
No Dextrose with your postworkout shake?
No protein (cassien or cream cheese) before bed??
Black Coffee as you wake? Is there a reason for that? Why not lemon juice with hot water to boost the metabolism?
Where is your pre-workout meal? You should think of having the oats and raisins as your pre-workout meal...

What cycle have you been on? And what have your results been like with this diet?

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I am on a TestCyp cycle.

My results have been good. I am really happy with it. But I still have too much fat around the waist. I am training for strongman comps, thats why I dont follow a very strict diet.

Any athlete should follow a decent diet,u would get even stronger if u did things properly. U need more solid food, and the belly fat will come off with a correct diet and cardio.

Its not a case of using it as an excuse. I did buy a diet and program from DJ, but between time and funds I couldnt use it. So I am trying my own between what I find works for me and what I read online/magazines.

To me that is a diet, might not be the right one, but it is what it is..

BTW: I have lost 18kg & 2 pants sizes.
