Help With Diet Plan was created by M Eazy
Howzit guys, so I decided to try my hand at making a diet plan. Please any help and constructive critiscm will be much appreciated :) .

Here are my current stats:
Height: 74cm
Weight: 74kgs
Age 20

Looking to bulk up with some solid lean meass.


Meal Serving Size

9:00 Breakfast
Whey Protein 30g
Raw Eggs 4
Fat Fat Free Milk 300ml
Multivitamin Tablet 1Tab

11:00 Meal 2
Cooked Oats 50g raw
1 Yoghurt 100g
Water 2 Glasses/500ml

13:00 Lunch
Can Tuna Fish in Brine 100g
Brown Rice & Wild Rice 60g
Banana 1
Water 2 Glasses/500ml

14:00Pre-Exercise meal
Whole Wheat Bread 2 Slices
Peanut Butter & Jam Sandwhich

14:30 Pre-Workout
Pre-Workout Drink 1-2 Servings
Monster Energy Drink 1

15:00 - 17:00 GYM

17:00 Post-workout
Whey Protein 56g
Multivitamin Tablet 1 Tablet

Post Workout/Meal 4
Pasta (Macarroni) 100g
Omega 3 oil 1 Spoon
Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup/113g

Meal 5
Lean Steak/Chicken Breasts 150g
Brown Rice & Wild Rice 100g
Brussels Sprouts 1/2 Cup/78g
Sweet Potato 2 Medium

Meal 6
Italian Salad 84g
Lean Steak/Chicken Breast 150g
Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup
Brocolli 1 Cup/156g

Strong height to weight ratio. You a smurf bra? :lol:

If its lean mass that you're after you probably won't get it with that diet, carbs are all over the show. Try to increase the amount of protein and fats you get and reduce your carbs, and concentrate all your carbs around breakfast, pre and post workout. Read through some of the dieting stickies to get a better idea of what to aim for

Sorry made a typo... Meant 174cm. Can you guys offer any ideas or tweeks to the plan?
