If its lean mass that you're after you probably won't get it with that diet, carbs are all over the show. Try to increase the amount of protein and fats you get and reduce your carbs, and concentrate all your carbs around breakfast, pre and post workout. Read through some of the dieting stickies to get a better idea of what to aim for
