Breakfast options: 1. Oats, Honey and Scrambelled eggs
2. Muesli, Plain Fat Free Yoghurt, Whey Protein
3. Vegetable Omellette with Whey shake

Correct me if I'm wrong or if 1 of the options has too much "empty calories".

Feel free to add people, "spice" things up.

Get big breakfast - 1 Cup cooked oats , 1 banana , 20g Whey , honey BLEND IT
2 Whole egg 4 white
2 Slices whole wheat bread strawberry jam

Get lean breakfast - 75g oats , cinnamon , sweetner
20g Whey
6 Egg white 100g chicken

I really dont like egg whites and chow them with either chicken or steak. Use a pan with cook n spray , throw in the whites so they form a pan cake , chuck the chicken ontop then fold it like an omellet.

If im not dieting I eat more toast around break fast time , all bran flakes with milk...

Do you want diet food? Because then your screwed... Meat and um rice with veggies or salad for taste :)

Man I never no what to eat.

Wish there was a easier way to prepare everything for 6 meals a day..

My Diet is not that bad : (it may be pretty wrong too , it the easiest.)

6am , Meal replacement or Oats

9am , Tuna / 2 min noodles

12pm three bownbread sandwiches , fruit

3 pm three brownbead sandwiches , fruit

6pm , Chicken breast , grilled veggies , greak salad (sometime potato salad , prob bad)

9pm meal replacement , Flaxseed oil , meal replacement

(does not matter what I eat I never gain or loss weight anyways????I do realise the above is prob wrong )
(MxT gave me a diet like a year ago. I followed it for a year )

Bro, it's only wrong if it does not give you the results you looking for. If these meals do, then they are right for you and also considering your lifestyle and all that.

Hi Guys I need your help!

I'm 25 years old and I would consider myself as an intermediate steroid user. I tore a ligament in October last year and since then I've slacked completely.

I have went from being 82-90 Kg at 9-12 % body fat to 101Kg's at probably 21-25% body fat. I have lost huge amounts of lean muscle and gained enormous amounts of FAT!

Since my injury I had not been to the gym but still ate like I was training and ate even more junk since I wasn't bothered about training! But two weeks ago after looking in mirror (and there wasn't enough mirror for me), I made a concious decision to get my body back and started training again. I starting off with light weights and doing cardio 3 times week and strength training 5 times a week (I only train 5 Days a week though).

The help I need:

I need a training program that would fit my needs. I want to get back to at least 11-12% body fat. I do not want to lose the muscle I have at the moment. I still want to concentrate on strength training and gain lean muscle but also cut down on the body fat (I'm sure this is what everyone wants!).

Is there a training program that can help?

I have started a diet but I'm dieting based on my own knowledge. Is there a diet which I can follow that would give me my desired results?

I have used steroids I would say at least 7/8 cycles and used 3-4 even 5 different steroids in one cycle. I am considering using a Winstrol (500mg/week) and Trenbolone at low doses with an anti-estrogen after 2-3 months of dieting and training. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA? Should I wait longer?

If someone has a effective training and diet program that is proven to work and would suit my specific needs please can you pass this on to me!

I will be a test dummy for the program. I am determined and will post my progress on this website weekly! with progress photo's each month!

PLEASE HELP

HI GUYS

Just to amend what I said about the Winstrol, I'm considering using 200mg per week not 500mg.

Sorry for the confusion

Yeah it suits my lifestyle ..

But I would like it to be more stricked ..

My main problem is how the hell will I eat chicken breat , brown rice , veggies at 12pm???

Sometime I am on the road or in the office. Dont know how I wiill be able to prep up and take chicken breast with me everywhere..

Guess precooking and slapping them in tupperware is the only way...

When I start my Equi/Winnie/Anav cycle I want to to be a perfect diet.

My water intake is good.. Couple L a day (think 2 - 3L)

Just got to put the time aside and get all the tupperware and precook everything on a Sunday i guess....

Well every evening and that's what I do. Prepare the night before and just warm it when it's time to chow. Best to train your body now with food in take so when you on cycle it's not an issue and the equi will give you an appetite, definately.
