Which veggies/fruit can one consume whilst keto-dieting?Are beans/quinoa safe to eat?

No fruit, maybe some brocholli for good vitamins & minerals as long as its not too much to kick you out of ketosis.

Remember ketosis is achieved by zero carbs (or almost zero carbs)

Beans and quinoa will be a carb-source so I would exclude it in a keto-diet. They also are a rich source of protein but I would say the carb content is just to high.

Stick to greens and mixed veg, high in fibre and very low on calories/carbs perfect for keto and cutting in general
