That is true but does fish and carrots,peas,beans,etc realy have noticeable calories...aspecialy those veg,the Amoumt of energy used to digest all the fiber and extract the avalable calories are prob not much less than what those veggies actualy contain..and i am sure fish doesnt have much calories...

If your B/F is dropping and you packing lean muscle then you shouldn't be too worried,just incorporate cardio into your exercise program.
