Depends what your goal is. If you are pre comp this would probably be ideal but if you just looking to down your bf% don't think you need to be that extreme

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

PURELY DIFFERENT FROM THE REST

Carbs aside, its calorie intake vs calorie expenditure that is important.

That is true but does fish and carrots, peas, beans, etc realy have noticeable calories...aspecialy those veg,the Amoumt of energy used to digest all the fiber and extract the avalable calories are prob not much less than what those veggies actualy contain..and i am sure fish doesnt have much calories...

What more do u want? Lol. As long as u losing bf that's what matters. But keep in mind if u consume too many calories u will gain weight. No matter what u eating. If u consuming 4000 cal but only expending 2500 where do u think the other 1500 goes to?

Veggies eat your brocolli, spinach.Carrots&peas are loaded with sugars and even though beans are filled with protein they have amounts of carbs that you's wanna do without.
If your B/F is dropping and you packing lean muscle then you shouldn't be too worried, just incorporate cardio into your exercise program.
