So I'm thinking of doing a cyclic ketogenic diet for a 5-6 week cut - specifically to lose some body fat around my mid section. I've done some reading and apparently the cyclic ketogenic diet seems to come up tops. My thinking was to do this along with 5 days cardio, 30 mins on the elliptical machine after strength training. I go to gym 5/ 6 times a week.
In terms of the diet, I was thinking of sticking to the below diet exactly for 2 weeks with no cheat meal. Then I would have a cheat meal for dinner on day 15. This cheat meal will have about 400grams of carbs. After the initial 2 weeks I will do 1 cheat meal a week (same night every week).

Meal 3 (breakfast 8:30/8:45am)
5 whole organic or omega 3 eggs & 3 fish oil capsules (each capsule has 1000mg of oil)and 1 CLA capsule
Meal 4 (mid morning snack 11:30am)
50g myofusion (34.7g protein, 4.16 fat, 6.94 carbs) and 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
OR
50g whey (38.7g protein, 6.45 carbs, 1.6g fat) and and 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
Meal 4 (lunch 1:30pm)
200g chicken 50g nuts (raw unsalted), 1 CLA capsule.
Meal 5 (snack 4:30pm)
50g myofusion (34.7g protein, 4.16 fat, 6.94 carbs) and 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
OR
50g whey (38.7g protein, 6.45 carbs, 1.6g fat) and and 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
Animal Cuts
Meal 6 (dinner 7:30pm)
200g steak / chicken with salad, 3 fish oil oil capsules, 1 CLA capsule.
Meal 7 (before bed)
33.5g Casein Protein (24g protein, 4g carbs, 1g fat), 1 CLA capsule.
