Good day okes , hope everything is well

I just have a quick question . Where can i find out what dates and everything the competitions are next year ? i did look on the wff-wbbf websites , but can only find 2011's stuff . any help will be much appreciated

Hey bud, yeah they haven't put out the calender for next year yet and not sure when they will. I has to phone both IFBB and WFF-WBBF to find out dates for next year and they could only give me a guesstamate. Are you wanting to compete? And need to be preped by a certain date, if this is the case then best is to phone them and be preped two weeks or so before the time

Hey buddy , yeah i want to compete next year , dj said we are gonna start my prep from the 1st of jan , so ja i just wanna make sure on dates and stuff , and get everything ready , aswell as posing classes in time and all of that , i know it is still early , but i like to be organized , where can i get the the numbers on the site ? i read in another thread , you will also be competing ?

@david . I am from the randburg area in joburg bud , regarding the comp , i am not to sure yet , i know dj said that the novice shows are around april , havent really chatted to him in futher detail in what show i want to be competing , so not to sure yet

@Sleon yeah bud I will be competing and looking forward to it. It will be my first time but as they say you have to start somewhere. We all have the hopes to place but I'm competing against myself and just want to be the best I can be and I know when I step out there on stage I'm going to be in the best shape of my life. Then want to improve from there. I'm starting already with my contest prep as of next week. DJ is working with me as well. The reason I chose to go with him because I know he will be able to take me there. The didication has to come from my side but the know how will come from his.

I agree with you , how long will your prep be ? when is the show ? if it is ok with you i'd like to ask admin for your e-mail adress to get that numbers from you , if you are not allowed to post it on here

DJ does know someone that will help you in jhb area with posing so don't stress about that. Yeah Wff-WBBF novices usually end march and IFBB is end april. Know the guy I spoke to from WBBF is in Austria at the mo but his phone is on roaming. Just hope I can get the go ahead from mods to post numbers or alternatively I can give them to DJ and he can pass them on to bro?

Well next week I'll be 20 weeks out but looking to put some nice size on before then. Want to be ready 2weeks before the time so if there is any tweeking needed we still have a bit of time.

Yeah that will be the first and then going to do IFBB as well. Both Novice shows. Will email it through to DJ and ask him to forward it to you

Thanks buddy . Well as dj said obviously at the top of a weight class , so around 89.9kg shredded or over 90kg , obviously depending the amount of muscle i put on during the prep , and you ?

Hoping around 75-80kgs but honestly can't say, going to have to wait and see how much I can put on in the next couple of weeks. At the moment weighing 78 and 11%. Don't know how I'm going to grow as the last cycle I did my eating was rubish but I have got that all waxed now. So hoping to gain as much as possible and maybe once shredded to pieces will come in at under just under 80

I am sure you will achieve it bud , just follow what the master says , is the reason you starting your prep so early because you wanna be ready about 2 weeks out ? yeah i am at 93kg 11% bodyfat . Its gonna be tough to diet propperly through the festive season , but i also like the challenge of dieting

Yeah there are a few lagging parts I need to work on so want to work on those asap. Luckily you're a big boy already so you just need to get ripped and dry to show those striations

I did lose some size though , went in for a small back opp wich put me out for three weeks , was at 94-96kg with 9-11% , just finished my cycle when i was like this though , at the end of the day most of us have lagging parts that need to be brought up , it is also very helpfull to have a guy like koe on the forum wich has done it before , and i am sure he will be able to help with it .

Also been looking for this.. I emailed the guys at ME and wff and got guestimates as well.. But judging by the last few years the shameen classic has been at the end of march beginning of April (I think) so wanna start prep in first week of december.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
