Contest dates ?

Anytime I'm open for questions, Jakes I'm near witbank I used a guy from Secunda who is excellent with posing if you want ill hook you up. I'm moving to Witbank in Jan bought a house I have already started my contest prep a few weeks ago bulking. Still only working with Dj and the Doc. Jakes I may need a new training partner when I'm there.

Hey koe my parents still stay in middelburg, next time im up there we should maybe have a gym session, oh and i suggest moving to middelburg unless you feel like dealing with potholes and water shortages and electricity cuts on a monthly basis...

Lol, would be nice, the water cuts are decreasing apparently and I've ordered a 5000l water tank i already have a generator. Potholes are a sad reality in Mp. That's why I bought a fortuner

lol good luck, potholes are bad i wont lie but middelburg is definitly a lot better hardly ever any potholes, in witbank the potholes get so big and in main roads for months, lol water tank and gen is a good idea! have a couple of mates that stay there and a couple of months back they didnt have water for 3days the entire city(not that you can call it that).... but we shall chat at a closer date about the session im really keen

@kkoe, that'll be great. Can I ask admin to give me you email address or how does it work? So I take it you'll be gymming here at va? I gym there. If you need a training partner here let me know. We can bang the 20pound dumbells together when we bench :whistle:

Lol, it was close to 4days. I buy all the water I drink. You can't drink the tap water, when you bath and you leave the water in the tub the next day it looks like the see (sand and shit in the water). A few years back some guy drowned in the water tank... Ha ha. Bud these aren't potholes they are sinkholes!

Yes i do train there sometimes , but mostly at the 14th avenue virgin close to flora clinic , but i work in randburg , so i do train there aswell

Yea witbank really is the worst town in this country that i have seen so far, the tap water also leaves this weird sideeffect that compels one to get the biggest muffler tip they can find and attach it to their uno turbo and proceed to race everyone they come across at the robots. That and there is like 1 bridge that crosses over the highway between the two sides of town and this causes the worst traffic ever...

Anyone know where i would find out the dates of physique competitions for next year?

can't seem to find anything yet bud.. Guess they will be out roughly the same time as the others.. Hopefully its soon

No problem, I'll prob only move there by late dec

Going on holiday from the 17th, will be back start january. So you are going to gym at virgin active bud? Really isn't a bad place to stay, just don't drink the tap water. And when it rains switch off all electrical sht... Lightning hit my place 3 times
