ok here goes
i weigh 104 kg
33% bodyfat
train 3days weights 2 days cardio no more than 45min
i train in the mornings ive started on the calorie counting diet 2000 cal per day want to get my fat to about 12 %(still a far way to go but the mind is there).
i take green tea tablets, omega 3, ive tried clen ,t3, yohimbine none of that stuf worked. what am i doing wrong???

Hey fatso, are you sure you've read the dieting stickies. If you had understood them then I don't think that you would be eating 2000cal at 104kg......that is way undereating. Your body is probably in starvation mode and is holding on to your precious energy reserves (i.e fat). You need to recalculate your BMI and required calories or better yet get a diet from DJ.

If you want to lose 20% BF then you going to have to up your cardio. 2 x 45 min sessions is not enough. Try build up your fitness and then try splitting your cardio into morning sessions and in the afternoon incorporate your weight training. Losing those kg is going to take extreme dedication and commitment, leave the fatburners and chemicals for now, rather focus on diet and cardio.
