Hard to say, fatloss agents especially thermogenics cause you to sweat, some people more than others, so as long as you go about your day not being thirsty all will be well. Its also good to have a bottle of water next to you all day to keep you consistantly sipping, even if you're not thirsty. Keeping your water consumption high will aid in increasing metabolism and general digestion which all has an effect on increasing fat loss.

Its not an exact science, but it also depends on your stats. If you are a 150kg bodybuilder then 4l will be too little. If you're an average size then yeah, 4l should be enough as long as you don't go thirsty. Whats the harm in upping it to 6-7litres....is that too much for you? I also drink a lot more water when I'm juicing.

I watched a documentary with prof Tim Nokes from the sport science institute. The guy is a legend and a reference internationally as well. His opinion is that it is actually easy to over hydrate. Consuming a total of 2L of liq a day is fine. This is a general indication. Water consumed during training does not actually count though. Your coffee ect is also counted as liq. Recent research shows that caffeine does not cuase any significant dehydration
