I've noticed my body fat (BF) % slowly creeping up recently (BF measured on using my bathroom scale, I know its not the most accurate means but it gives me an estimate).
I started off at 72kg 13-15% BF and gained 8kg in 10weeks and now my BF is 18% - I rate added about 2kg of fat around the midsection

Right now I just realised that I'm doing big on the carbs around workout time:
7pm: 30g carbs, 25g protein 1hr preworkout
8pm: 40g carb workout (energade)
930pm: 30g carbs, 25g protein post workout
1130pm: supper (chicken, rice, etc)
Thats about 150g of carbs in 5hours!
So I was wondering this probably is too much carbs in one go, especially late in the evening; what is the estimated rate of digestion / how much grams of protein in an hour, how much carbs in an hour, etc?
