Any advice on cutting? was created by MrMuscle
Sup guys.

I've decided it's time to start cutting and reduce my bodyfat percentage that i've mangaged to put on through an unconventional diet via lack of knowledge in the novice phase of diet prep.

So i'm intending to decrease my caloric intake by approx. 500 calorie increments until i am 500 calories below maintainence requirements. Following this, i will increase my intensity levels of my workout considerably making sure i work up a sweat....same routine, just more vigorous.

Any other suggestions? Diet recommendations are welcome.

Cheers.

I think what's going to be better than you taking off 500kcals every week is just to work out your current BMR just subtract 10% from that for a start but the best way to judge what is going on is to get your bf taken every two to three weeks as well as girth measurements to see where you stand. Bf% will tell you if you are dropping nicely and measurements will help you tell if you are loosing or gaining muscle or keeping gained muscle. Get someone who knows what they are doing any wrong measurements and you will think you are loosing precious muscle. It might be best if you could start with clen and heat. As clen will help to keep you anabolic. How much bf% you looking at dropping?

No, not on a diet plan from DJ. I'm aiming to drop approx. 10% (10kg's). Bodyfat is currently 25%...if the tracker system at Virgin has been calibrated and is accurate.

Clen sounds like a plan. Will run with my diet and workout to begin and assess progress. If need be i'll encourage the process with a cyle of clen. Good to know that you can retain and slightly increase fat-free mass on clen, thanks.

Are the bf readings from the jigs at va accurate? I also used it for the first time today and it rates my bf is 10.4% which i think is innacurate because it rates Im 76kg when the scale at home and at the gym put me at 81kg bare. Whats is the best way to measure bf?

No those VA BF machines are a load of crap, readings are very inconsistant. You need to ask one of the VA personal trainers to do a caliper BF reading. Or you can buy BF calipers at www.springbokpharmacy.co.za

Just remember to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2off and if it is going to be prolonged to add some betasleep to refresh those receptors ;)

Never done the oral primo! But primo must be done say 350mg a week, only works in higher doses.

Clen is awesome, really helped me shed bf before my cycle, consider stacking with Yohimbine
