Do you have something against peanutbutter?
Dutch the fruit. Useless carbs
How many eggs? Add a little more oats to breakfast. Say 120g with 6egg whites and 2 wholes.

Meal 2
Looks okay... Which nuts?

Meal3
Ditch the rice, up the chicken. 250g with 50g peanut butter

Meal4
Add oats say 60g. Ditch the whey. You rely too much on shakes. 10 egg whites and 50g raisins (or no eggs and 250g chicken)

Meal 5 (post workout)
Add some dextrose. 100g with 60g whey

Meal 6
The avo is good, that sounds fine. Add two cups mixed veg

That would be a better option.

write up is slightly confusing.. is this for bulking...?

@ jakes thaks for the reply. buddy i hate peanut butter almonds and vegs.cashew or pecan nuts i can eat, dont know if thats just as good.oats i hate, but i can do the force feed on oats.so i thought meal one less oats more egg whites, say about 8 or 10?to much protein?and pop some whole with the oats.to make up the 120g on carbs.i will try to make the mixed vegs work on meal 6 tho once a day i could learn to like that, but if i can get an alternative for vegs i would go the alternative route.

If you don't like veg you'll need another way to get in fiber, or you won't be regular. I'd say the carbs are more important in breakfast for the simple reason of you only have 3 carb meals. Protein is in 6 meals so rather get in a little less protein with meal 1 but a good amount of carbs. You also need another way to get in fat, maybe shots of extra virgin olive oil

Persoonlik is ek mal oor groente. Daai gemengde 1kg sakke ertjies, mielies & wortels. Just steam it and add a little salt. Bro I don't know, 15ml shots? I'm not exactly sure what the fat content is.

There must be some veg that you like? Lol avo is kak duur, 'n avo kos meer as 'n brood!

lmao yes thats true but ek betaal eerder 7 keer meer vir n avo as om brood te eet.and its 7 times tastier ;)

ja mielies kan ek verslind,if i can only chow mielies that would be great and maybe carrots.but i will give it a try then.

The whole reason for eating veg is to get in green veg as they are hardest for us to digest, which automatically raises our metabolism and in turn helps us to burn more body fat.

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

david i dont have a huge amount of fat tho...i can eat whatever i want and my bf stays pretty much the same year in and out, then again am not a big eater.but correct me if im wrong but does it mean that green vegs will help me eat more then?sorry if its a stupid question just to understand the concept better.

Eventually I suppose, because this helps speed up the metabolism in a natural way but your hunger would also rely on the energy you expend in a day. I notice if the volume of my training goes up, so does my hunger throw some gear in the mix - I eat, I'm hungry. I have to be controlled because then I want to eat everything I see. You lucky bud, I use to have a fast metabolism but that started to slow down as I got older. Maybe if you get into a good habit of eating clean now - you won't regret it later

i will keep that in mind because my diet is real fatty food no vegs and tons of meat, but i do realise that i have to take a good hard look at what i eat, like you said later i will regret it.and when i use gear i need to look at it as my cholesterol would pop through the roof.when i did my last cycle i did stay away from fatty food but i didnt have a real diet plan.just munched everything i could lay hands on except for the fat part(but i did enjoy kfc eod)
anyway thanks for the input bud...
