Hey peeps. I’ve got a few questions concerning diet and supplements to include.

Note: I regard protein from plant sources as carbs

Firstly, my current diet looks as follows:

M1:
4 whole eggs, 20g Whey Concentrate, 40g Oats, 10g Sugar
Total: p 41.36 c 29.84 f 24.6

M2:
40g Cashews, 50g Whey Concentrate
Total: p 40.4 c 22.5 f21.7

M3:
200g Steak, 120g Brown rice
Total: p 46 c 32.67 f 21.57

M4 (pre w. o.):
50g Whey Concentrate, 25g Oats, 20g Sugar
Total: p 40.4 c 40.43 f 4.48

M5(post w. o.):
45g Whey Isolate, 30g Sugar
Total: p 40 c 31.35 f 0.39

M6:
140g Breast, 120g Brown Rice
Total: p32.2 c30.77 f 2.16

I take about 3g cinnamon with M1, M4 and M5. I also take 200mcg chromium picolinate with each meal.

I’ve been using this for about a month and a half now and have consistently been losing about 0.5kg fat per week and gaining 0.5 kg lean per week. I’ll be changing M2 to 170g breast instead of whey soon and maybe swopping M3 and M6. Also, I’m going to change rice for mixed veg.

My questions are as follows:
1. What else should I change?
2. Should I add 10g bcaa’s and 3g Carnitine before my morning (fasted) cardio
3. Should I add flax to my meals?

Far too much whey - not enough whole foods

Too much whey. Too little whole foods. Sugar? Do u mean plain table sugar? Not effective at all besides fat gain. Opt for dextrose or maltodextrine, also more post workout. Use sweetner for other times of the day. Where are your veggies?

Diet needs lot of work bud. Get hold of dj.
