Calorie calculation help was created by Ontong
This is my first time doing this, so here it goes:
BMR (men) = 66 + (13.7 x weight in Kg) + (5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age in years)

BMR = 66+ (13.7 X 103KG) + (5 X 165CM) - (6.8 X 39)
= 1477.1 + 825 - 265.2
= 2036.9

BMR = 2036.9
TCU = 2036.9 X 1.55
= 3157.195

Weight loss = 3157.195 – 20%
= 631.439

3157.195 - 631.439 = 2525.765
Therefore calories consumed over 5 meals = 2525.765 {rounded off =2525.8}

40/40/20
1010.32/ 1010.32/505.16 (carbs/proteins/fats)

Therefore 1010.32 divided by 5 meals = 202.064 calories per meal carbohydrates
1010.32 divided by 5 meals = 202.064 calories per meal proteins
505.16 divided by 5 meals = 101.032 calories per meal fats

A scale to therefore weigh the raw weight of all food.

Please let me now if this is correct
I train mostly in the morning at around 07:00, but when I am working I can only get my workout in at 19:00 to 19:30 for plus/minus 1Hr15 minutes

Rather do protein over 6 meals,carbs into 3 meals, and fats into 3meals, so u have protein and carbs for breakfast,pre work out and post work out, then 3 meals of protein and fats through out the day. U can do protein and fats for 4 meals, protein and carbs for 2 meals and then just have plain carbs before training. So in the am just have carbs for training,then the two following meals after training have protein and carbs, and then the following 4 meals after that protein and fats.
