Hey guys which one do you think is the best to gain weight?.

I take my Oats with honey and a little bit of milk and my mieliepap with sugar and a lot of milk. I also eat it every morning the moment I wake up.

Both are so similar its hard to say. I've been eating both the past week. You should cut out dairy.
100g mielipap is around 60g carbs, 120g oats is also around 60g carbs so its very similar. 100g mielipap for breakfast with 10 egg whites and 2 yokes is a good choice with oats pre gym. 120g (around one cup) with 30ml water, 60g raisins. And a 300g chicken. It the oats raw and with minimal water you'll get it in easier.

Personally I would choose the oats. It is suppose to help with natural testosterone production as well. Peanut butter is also very good for weight gain. It contains healthy oils, good carbs and protein as well as a high energy value. It also contains resveratrol which is supposedly good for longevity ;)

Ok so cut out dairy. Just want to hear what to eat in the morning. Eat a whole lot in the morning. In the evening I eat tuna and pasta or 5 scrambled eggs and will add some peanutbutter in there as well.

well with the addtional calories from the sugar and milk the mealie meal would be higher in calories than the oats to be honest, mealie meal is a good source of energy, low in fat, decent amount of fiber, also rich in nutrients, either one is good.

so oats is 372 calories per 100g and the mealie meal is 376 calories, one is lower in fat and protein, like i said the additional milk and sugars will make it higher in calories :)

Why cut out dairy? I have about 1L of skim or fat free milk a day. Love the stuff.

Lol for oats boosting natural test levels. You can eat 20kg oats daily and your test levels still won't be 250mg weekly like 1ml cyp so that reason is pointless to me... As long as they are in the 50mg + range weekly I give a shit. If it drops below that I will start with TRT not start to eat more oats

We only have full cream milk... So atm I eat oats/mieliepap then protein shake then tuna and peanutbutter sandwich then i go play touch rugby and gym about an hour after that. (take my creatine right after the rugby). After gym i drink another shake and then eat chicken or meat. Good enough?.
