getting too little calories but feeling sick?

hey all.

So I started my first cycle on Sunday but I can't seem to get all my calories in all my calories without feeling like I'm going to puke.

It's bothering me because I'm only having like 2800 cal now and struggling. Before I could down 3000 easily.

Any tips would be appreciated.

16.4% bf
26 years old

It's the beginner bulking cycle.

week 1-4: 40mg dianabol
week 1-12: 500mg test cyp

should I post my diet up for you as well?

I personally u are eating way to much for someone with a lean mass of +/- 65kgs. That could be the first reason why your body fat is a 16.4%. 2800-3000 calories for some one with a LBM of 80 kgs is a good start.

M1(pre w.o):
4 whole eggs
40g Whey Concentrate
90g Oats or 80g Tasty wheat
20g dextrose

M2 (post w.o):
40g Whey Concentrate
60g dextrose

M3:
100g Breast
195g Brown Rice
14g flax oil

M4 :
100g Breast
195g Brown Rice

M5:
100g Breast
195g Brown Rice

M6:
200g Steak
190g Brown rice
14g flax oil

Hey Dj, I used the formula in the stickies. my maintenance calories come to 2500 approx so increased it by 300 only.

I train 5 days a week and my sessions are in the morning.

Any foods I could maybe use instead? lately I've even been finding it difficult to consume my eggs.

i would also be sick of my diet if my oly carb source is oats and brown rice. too much fat in meal 1 as a pre work out, rather have 8 egg whites there. meal 3 should be 1 hour post work out and have 0 fat in it. meal 4,5,6 have to many carbs in them.

Ok, thanks bud. Will re-do the diet and post up later.

Concerning meals 4, 5 and 6. should those consist of mostly protein and fat with some carbs? say maybe 20%?

5 and 6 should contain no carbs, 4 can contain small amount, protein and fats, yes.

Hey guys, quick question before I alter.

What other options could I use as a source of fat in addition to flax oil, steak and nuts?

hey guys, here's my revised version. still feel like it can be improved but not sure where.

M1( pre w.o ):
8 egg whites
40g Whey Concentrate
100g Oats or 90g Tasty wheat
30g dextrose

M2 (post w.o ):
45g Whey Concentrate
60g dextrose

M3:
160g Breast
200g white potato
120g Brown Rice

M4 :
160g Breast
50g white potato
40g peanut butter
14g flax oil

M5:
160g Breast
100g mixed veg
40g pecans

M6:
200g Steak
100g mixed veg
14g flax oil

is this a bit better? I'm a bit skeptical of adding too much fat at one sitting

Looks good, I would drop the preworkout dextrose and add 120g white rice to meal number 3 instead of the brown rice.

Has anyone got suggestions to help with my appetite as well? Recently I feel "dik" and not full. I read somewhere that adding prunus domestica (plum extract) as well as zingibar officinale (ginger powder) will help. any opinions on this?

Thanks everyone for the input. on day 3 of the altered diet and appetite is much better. I don't even feel "naar" anymore from the food
