Vitargo and losing weight was created by jack
Hi

I am currently on lowish cycle (500mg testoviron pw 300 deca pw, 100 proviron ed, 2.5 aromisin eod). I am struggling with overall weight loss around the abdominal area my arms and upper body is relatively ripped. I used to train for about 1hour 15 minutes a day and gas out at around 1000kcal mark per session (using polar heart rate monitor as a indicator) and do about 55 minutes weights and 20 minutes cardo. Because i felt tired and i suffered from some cramping i decided to add some Vitaro and game (mainly for flavour) pre and during workout. I now train for about 2 hours and burn around 1500 kcal quite comfortably. On harder days i get to 1800-2000 also relatively comfortably. I am doing 1 hour weights and between 40-60 minutes ardo.

My question is this, is adding the vitargo simply defeating my goal by adding carbs but allowing me self defeatingly train for longer?

My diet i would say is mixed, its not the cleanest but i do put in a lot of effort to watch what i eat.

Is the only way i can drop more belly fat by really cleaning it up? Cutting out the Vitargo and just trying to push harder without it?

I have also tried Clen, but unless i take really high doses i dont get much of an effect.

Thanks

J.

look your best bet is to leave the high gi foods alone, i have guys have a whey shake post work out and then a low gi meal an hour afterwards. if u are battling to loose belly fat u are taking in too many calories, and you arent doing enough cardio,20mins a day isnt gonna be enough, also splitting cardio and weights is best, doing 30mins of cardio daily before breakfast is best, the reason before breakfast is because your insulin levels are low and also u are less likely to skip it later on in the day. keep your carbs low for 2 weeks solid as to deplete glycogen stores, also keep your carbs to 3x a day,pre and post work out (starchy carbs) and for breakfast(starchy carbs).
