Hi guys

Just wanted to know if anyone knows how they exactly workout this line up. I know spike has competed in this division in the past and he said they take your height and then you may not be over a certain weight for your height. If anyone knows could they please explain this to me?

i think it is your height in cms - 100 is your max weight

Shjo, are you sure thats right. Seems very low. It would mean I would be 77kg max... don't think i could ever get down to that even at 4% BF.

Hey STU, yeah seems pretty tough. The reason why I'm asking is because I'd like to start off here I think (What you rekon DJ?). Have you seen the new muscle evolution. There is that guy from durbs who competes in this division and he is 1.77m tall and comes in at 73Kg's but his preportions are perfect. Don't know how he does it, because he looks pretty big for 73Kg's Wish I could remember his name...

under 175 - 100 + 6kg so u got up to 81kgs

Thats a bit better, still quite tough IMO. DJ is this to prevent the mass monsters from entering? what is the reasoning behind it?

start classic is about the classic look so they base it on height and weight,so u look like arnie back in the day.

I think you'd be surprised how much weight you can drop for a contest. Its very much the illusion of size. I was in the audience at the IFBB Mr Border show and the light weights actually looked quite big. Then backstage and after the show when these guys were dressed they looked tiny! Then Cobus (van der Merve?) walked onto stage and I shat myself :lol:
